Abstract

This independent study aims to explore strategies to increase sales for CRC Thai Watsadu Co., Ltd., Yasothon Branch. Data was collected from a sample group consisting of 12 managers and employees of CRC Thai Watsadu Co., Ltd., Yasothon Branch, as well as 400 residents of Yasothon Province. The data collection process included questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The analysis revealed that demographic factors such as gender, age, education level, average monthly income, and occupation significantly influenced purchasing decisions. Additionally, marketing factors such as process, physical characteristics, marketing promotion, personnel, price, distribution, and product quality were identified as impactful on consumer purchasing behavior. Service quality was found to be another critical factor affecting purchasing decisions. Employees with product knowledge and usage expertise provided appropriate recommendations and equitable service to all customers. Adequate staffing ensured prompt, accurate service with reduced wait times, coupled with attentive and friendly customer care. The proposed sales enhancement strategies are divided into two key approaches: Proactive Approach: Enhancing convenience for customers by offering multiple purchasing channels, including in-store options, the Line OA application, and the website thaiwatsadu.com. This approach emphasizes providing advice on products and promotions, order confirmation via phone calls, and notifications on the status of special-order products. Remedial Approach: Conducting employee training to improve their ability to present products and promotions aligned with customer needs. This also includes offering precise recommendations and efficiently guiding customers to desired products.
