Factors Affecting the Quality of Life Insurance Services at AIA Company Limited, Mueang District, Chumphon Province

Abstract

          This research aimed to (1) study the level of factors affecting the quality of life insurance services at AIA Company, Mueang District, Chumphon Province, and (2) study the differences between factors affecting service quality and personal factors, categorized by gender, age, marital status, number of family members, educational level, average monthly income, life insurance policies held, product ownership, and policy holding period. The sample consists of 385 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.95 and analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA at a significance level of 0.05.

The research findings revealed that the overall factors affecting the quality of life insurance services at AIA Company, Mueang District, Chumphon Province, were at the highest level. When testing the hypothesis, it was found that personal factors, age, status, number of family members, average monthly income, product ownership, and duration of AIA life insurance policy ownership, had a significant impact on the quality of life insurance services at AIA Mueang Chumphon. For personal factors such as gender, educational level, and type of AIA life insurance policy held, did not show any statistically significant differences in the quality of life insurance services at AIA Mueang District, Chumphon Province, at a significance level of 0.05
