Development of Video Content to Culinary Learning via Online Platforms

Abstract
The research on the development of video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms aimed to 1) develop video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms, 2) find the effectiveness of video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms, and 3) study the satisfaction towards the use of video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms. The sample group used in this research was 30 general users who were interested in learning about cooking and could access the internet to watch videos. The sample group was selected by convenience sampling based on the convenience of the researcher that the sample group could easily access and be ready to provide information. The research instruments consisted of 1) video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms, 2) an efficiency assessment form from experts, and 3) a satisfaction assessment form towards the use of video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms.
The research results found that the development of video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms was highly effective according to the evaluation of experts, with an average value ( ) of 4.04 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.53. The highest evaluation item was that the video contributed to a better understanding of the content. In addition, the study of the satisfaction assessment of users of the development of video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms found that the average value ( ) was 4.38 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.49. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed video content to promote cooking learning on online platforms can be used for the intended purposes.
