The Relationship between Leadership of Educational Personnel and Academic Administration Effectiveness at Thonburi University Bangkok

Abstract
This study aimed to examine (1) the level of academic leadership among educational personnel at Thonburi University, Bangkok, (2) the level of academic administration effectiveness at Thonburi University, Bangkok, and (3) the relationship between the leadership of educational personnel and the effectiveness of academic administration at Thonburi University, Bangkok.
The study population consisted of 394 educational personnel from Thonburi University. Data analysis was based on respondents' opinions. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical methods used in the research included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient.
The study results revealed that the academic leadership of educational personnel at Thonburi University, Bangkok, was generally at a high level. When considering specific aspects, ethical leadership ranked first at the highest level. The overall effectiveness of academic administration at Thonburi University, Bangkok, was also at a high level. Among the specific aspects, academic services to society ranked first. Moreover, all aspects of the leadership of educational personnel were positively correlated with the effectiveness of academic administration at Thonburi University, Bangkok, with statistical significance at the .01 level. This indicates that enhancing the leadership of educational personnel has a positive impact on the effectiveness of academic administration at Thonburi University, Bangkok.
