Development of LINE Chatbot for Om Noi 3 Municipal Kindergarten School

Abstract
The development of a LINE chatbot for Omnoi 3 Municipal Kindergarten School was undertaken to address issues related to the school’s information management system. The primary aims were to improve the organization and accessibility of stored data, and to facilitate more efficient communication between teachers and parents. This study had two main objectives: (1) to develop an information system for Omnoi 3 Municipal Kindergarten School using a LINE chatbot, and (2) to assess user satisfaction with the chatbot. A quantitative research methodology was employed. The study population comprised teachers and parents associated with the school. A sample of 30 individuals, including homeroom teachers and parents, was selected using non-probability sampling. Data were collected through a satisfaction questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, specifically the mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that the development of an information tool for Anuban Tessaban Omnoi 3 School, utilizing a LINE chatbot, demonstrated a high level of effectiveness, with a mean score of 4.00 (S.D. = 0.83). Overall, user satisfaction with the LINE chatbot system was also at a high level, with a mean score of 3.94 (S.D. = 0.86). When considering individual satisfaction factors, users expressed a high level of satisfaction regarding the usefulness of the information content (mean = 4.33, S.D. = 0.76), the performance of the LINE chatbot (mean = 4.00, S.D. = 0.83), and the ease of use (mean = 4.00, S.D. = 0.83), respectively. These findings indicate that the LINE chatbot developed for Anuban Tessaban Omnoi 3 School is both highly effective and beneficial for users.
