Abstract
The purposes of the research were: to develop computer repair system for Chai Watana Tannery Co., Ltd. and to evaluate user’s satisfaction of computer repair system for Chai Watana Tannery Co., Ltd. The computer repair system is a web application by PHP and MySQL. This system was developed based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). After employing the computer repair notification system, a sample group was chosen to assess the system's effectiveness. The efficiency of the computer repair system was evaluated after using the system from a sample group, by selecting 24 people who were service providers and users of the computer repair system who had provided services and tested the computer repair system. The study's findings indicated that the approach was useful and could be used effectively to the company's computer repair reporting procedure. The system as a whole received good marks from both service providers and users, with a mean of 4.30 and a standard deviation of 0.67. As a result, the computer repair reporting system can help the business maintain a more accurate, efficient, and convenient equipment repair reporting procedure.
