Abstract
This research aims to develop an online petition management system of Rajapruk University to evaluate the satisfaction of the development of the online petition management system of Rajapruk University. The population and samples are 1) 3 officers of the Registrar's Office of Rajapruk University 2) 30 students who submitted petitions through the system 3)
2 administrators (Admin) Research method Development of a Web Application System The program used to develop the system is Visual Studio Code. The language used to develop the system is PHP. The database management system is MySQL.The satisfaction was assessed by the groups of stakeholders, consisting of 3 experts, 30 students who use the system, and 2 administrators. The data analysis used descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation. Research results The evaluation results from experts found that the average satisfaction was 4.13 with a standard deviation of 0.40. The evaluation results from general users found that the average satisfaction was 4.48 with a standard deviation of 0.61. The conclusion from the research results showed that the developed online petition management system received a good level of satisfaction from both experts and real users. The online petition management system can be used in real work, helping to reduce the steps in processing petitions. and increase the convenience of tracking the status of requests via online channels
