Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to 1) examine personnel readiness in five dimensions: knowledge and understanding, skills and competencies, attitudes and motivation, supporting resources, and collaboration and communication regarding the implementation of the EdPEx system at Thonburi University; and 2) compare readiness based on job positions and faculties. A quantitative research design was employed. The sample included 115 personnel. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.85. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and One-way ANOVA, with pairwise comparisons conducted using the LSD method.
The results showed that: 1) overall readiness was at a high level (x̄ = 3.61, S.D. = 0.55). Among the dimensions, attitudes and motivation had the highest mean score (x̄ = 3.84 S.D. = 0.63)), while knowledge and understanding were at a moderate level and had the lowest mean score (x̄ = 3.23, S.D. = 0.78). 2) The comparative analysis indicated that personnel with different job positions and faculty affiliations exhibited statistically significant differences in readiness at the 0.05 level across all dimensions. Administrators demonstrated higher readiness than academic staff and support staff. The university should therefore emphasize enhancing in-depth knowledge and promoting engagement among personnel at all levels. The findings can be used as a basis for planning and improving the university’s educational quality assurance processes
