Study the aviation value chain factors that influence the choice of low-cost airlines. This is a quantitative research using a survey method, collecting data from 400 users of low-cost airlines via online questionnaires. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, specifically multiple regression analysis. The results showed that all aspects of the aviation value chain significantly influenced the decision to choose low-cost airlines at the 0.05 statistical significance level. Safety had the greatest influence, followed by customer responsiveness, ground service management, and information technology, respectively. The results reflect that passengers consider not only price but also prioritize quality, safety, and efficiency of service throughout the value chain. This research can be used as a guideline for determining strategies and developing operations for low-cost airlines to enhance their sustainable competitiveness in the aviation industry.
