When considering individual aspects, Budget Administration had the highest mean at a high level, followed by Personnel Administration at a high level. The aspect with the lowest mean was Academic Administration, which was also rated at a high level. 2. The comparative analysis of teacher participation, classified by gender, position, educational level, and school size, revealed no statistically significant differences, both overall and in individual aspects. 3. The guidelines for developing participation in school administration across the four aspects are as follows: Academic Administration emphasizes decentralization and skill development using Professional Learning Community (PLC); Budget Administration focuses on decentralization and the use of technology; Personnel Administration focuses on conflict reduction by allowing colleagues the right to choose their functional duties; and General Administration emphasizes workload reduction and improving the landscape to be suitable for work.
