Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of work motivation among employees at Great Adjustment Co., Ltd., and 2) to compare the work motivation levels of these employees based on personal factors. The population consisted of 180 employees from Great Adjustment Co., Ltd. The research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and an overall reliability coefficient of 0.94 Data were analyzed using percentage, mean (µ), and standard deviation (σ), The hypotheses were tested through a comparison of means.
The results of the research revealed that: 1) Overall, the work motivation of employees at Great Adjustment Co., Ltd. was at the highest level. The aspect with the highest motivation was existence needs, and followed by relatedness needs growth needs, respectively. 2) Employees with different gender, age, educational level, marital status, years of service, and monthly income exhibited significantly different overall levels of work motivation.
