The Development of Learning Principles of Online Selling and Teamwork Behavior Using Cooperative Learning Techniques, Team Game Tournaments Combined with Quizalize Games of Second-Year Vocational Certificate Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) compare the learning achievement of online sales principles before and after learning by using cooperative learning methods with team-game-tournament techniques combined with Quizalize games of second-year vocational certificate students, and 2) study teamwork behavior using cooperative learning methods with team-game-tournament techniques combined with Quizalize games of second-year vocational certificate students. The sample group consisted of 40 second-year vocational certificate students in class BMK 2/5 at Eastern Technological College (E-Tech), selected by cluster random sampling. The research instruments included 1) lesson plans for cooperative learning with team-game-tournament techniques, 2) the achievement tests, and 3) teamwork behavior assessment forms. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and testing the hypothesis by using t-test (t-test Dependent).
The research results revealed that 1) the learning achievement of online sales principles of the students who learned by using cooperative learning methods with team-game-tournament techniques combined with Quizalize games had a higher average score after studying (Mean = 17.95, S.D. = 2.33) than before learning (Mean = 14.10, S.D. = 4.17) with statistical significance at the .05 level, and 2) the teamwork behavior of the students who learned by using cooperative learning methods with team-game-tournament techniques combined with Quizalize games was overall at a good level (Mean = 4.12, S.D. = 0.78).
