Teachers’ Satisfaction to Good Governance of Adminstrators in Expanded Opportunities School Nongchok District Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract
The objective of this research were 1) to study good governance management of school administrators in schools to expand educational opportunities under the NongChok District Office, Bangkok. And 2) to compare the level of good governance of school administrators from the perspective of teachers at schools under NongChok District Office, Bangkok, classified by gender, age and work experience. Examples of teachers in schools under NongChok District Office, Bangkok. In the academic year 2566 B.E., 169 people were obtained by using the topographic randomization method. The sample size according to the Greggy and Morgan sample size schedule and simple randomization. The tools used in the study were a five-level scale questionnaire with confidence values0.98 Analysis of data using descriptive statistics to determine frequency, percentage values, average values, T-values, one-way analysis of variability, and double-difference testing using the method of the chef.
The research were found as follows 1. The satisfaction level of teachers in accordance with the good governance of school administrators. The school has expanded educational opportunities in NongChok District Office, Bangkok, as a whole. 2. Good governance management of school administrators. Schools expand educational opportunities in NongChok District Office, Bangkok, classified by gender, education level, age, overall work experience and not different in each area.
