Transformational Leadership of School Administrators According to Opinion Teachers under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) study the level of transformational leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Samut Prakan, and 2) compare the transformational leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Samut Prakan, classified by gender, educational qualifications, age, and work experience. The sample group used in this research was teachers in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Samut Prakan, in the academic year 2023. Then, random sampling was used and simple random sampling was used. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA.
The results of the research found that 1) The transformational leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Samut Prakan, was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the transformational leadership of school administrators was at a high level in all aspects. 2) The results of the comparison of the transformational leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, classified by gender, age, and work experience. Overall, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level for educational attainment. Overall, there were no significant differences.
