Environment, Living Space, Attitude, Perceived Quality, Reliability, and Facilities Affecting Apartment Rental Intention among Factory Workers in Samut Sakhon Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study the factors affecting the intention to rent apartments among factory workers in Samut Sakhon Province. Data was collected via a closed-ended questionnaire, validated for content validity and reliability, from a sample of 316 factory workers in Samut Sakhon with experience in renting apartments. Multiple Regression Analysis was utilized as the inferential statistic for hypothesis testing. The findings revealed that facilities had the strongest influence on factory workers’ intention to rent apartments in Samut Sakhon Province. This was followed by living space and perceived quality, respectively. In contrast, reliability had a negative effect on rental intention. Meanwhile, environmental factors and attitude were found to have no significant effect on factory workers’ intention to rent apartments in Samut Sakhon Province.
