Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to develop and evaluate the system performance of a web application for fruit shop businesses using a QR Code ordering system. The system was designed to increase convenience and reduce errors in receiving customer orders. The developed web application allows users to scan a QR Code to access the product menu, select items, and submit orders directly to the shop.
The system performance was evaluated by three information technology experts, and user satisfaction was assessed from 30 users. The research instruments consisted of a system quality evaluation form and a user satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that the overall system quality evaluated by experts was at a high level (x̄= 4.37, S.D. = 0.71), and user satisfaction with the system was also at a high level (x̄= 4.39, S.D. = 0.85). The findings indicate that the developed web application can effectively be applied to manage ordering processes for fruit shop businesses.
